Agreement to Terms

By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your cleaning appointment.

Our Services

Integrity Cleaning Services by Marla provides residential cleaning services including:

  • Standard Cleaning: Regular maintenance cleaning of living spaces
  • Deep Cleaning: Comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning
  • Move-In/Out Cleaning: Thorough cleaning for property transitions
  • Recurring Service: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning packages

Specific tasks included in each service are detailed on our Services page and in your service agreement.

Scheduling & Access

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed via email or phone
  • You must provide safe and clear access to your home at the scheduled time
  • If using a key or access code, you authorize our entry for cleaning purposes only
  • Extended hours are available Friday-Sunday for casino workers and shift professionals

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • No-show/lockout: Full service fee may be charged

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept all major credit cards
  • Quotes are estimates; final pricing may vary based on home condition
  • Recurring service clients receive discounted rates as shown on our Packages page

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, we ask that you:

  • Secure pets during the cleaning appointment
  • Remove clutter from surfaces to be cleaned
  • Inform us of any areas requiring special attention or avoidance
  • Notify us of any hazardous materials or conditions

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.

Liability & Insurance

  • We are fully licensed and insured for your protection
  • Any damage caused by our team will be addressed promptly
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear
  • Please inform us of fragile or valuable items requiring special care

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
